The Distillery
READY TO GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY?
What started as a small business solution (not enough equipment and not enough employees to bottle the whiskey!), has now developed into a bi-weekly bottling party. Every other Wednesday and Thursday, we open the distillery to whiskey lovers, community members, and Colorado Springs tourists to get a behind-the-scenes look. Put your fingerprints on the process and join our team for half a day to learn a bit of our history and help bottle our craft spirits.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
In addition to enjoying the rare opportunity to participate in our whiskey-making process, you will get to sample some of the spirit you bottled that day. We'll treat you to lunch and send you home with a well-earned bottle of Axe and the Oak’s spirits for your efforts. You’ll get to spend the afternoon with like-minded whiskey aficionados, sharing your stories, listening to music, and experiencing a day in the life of a distiller.
