2 oz. Axe and the Oak Bourbon
0.5 oz. simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir and strain over ice. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry.


Spicy MOONSHINE MARGARITA

1.5 oz. Pikes Peak Hill Shine
0.5 oz. simple syrup
0.5 oz. orange liqueur of your choice
1.0 oz. lime juice

Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a salt rim.

Mojito

1 oz. Pikes Peak Hill Shine
2 oz. soda water
0.75 oz. simple syrup
0.75 lime juice

Muddle 6 mint leaves
Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with 3 mint sprigs.


MINT JULEP

2 oz. Axe and the Oak Bourbon Whiskey
0.25 oz. simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Muddle 6 mint leaves. Stir and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with 3 mint sprigs.

0.25 oz. simple syrup
5 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Absinthe rinse in glass

Stir and strain over a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
